Toilets and Kool-Aid? Oh Yeah! A Toilet Leak is no fun! We got a hack to figure out where that water on the floor is coming from. Some toilet leaks are easy to fix, it might just be as simple as a loose fitting, or it might be a LOT more complicated. To find out where the water is coming from use.... Kool-Aid! Yes!!! Use two different colors of drink mix- one color into the bowl and one into the tank. Then walk away! In about an hour go check to see if you have any colored water on your floor. If you do... you know by the color where your leak is coming from! Then you can make a decision if this is an easy fix or time to call in the Pros! (Just be sure to mop up that water on your floor so you don't get rainbow tile grout.) 😉 ... See MoreSee Less

Use aluminum foil on the work surface before you start. (Its heavy enough to stay put!) Next, make sure you have Nail Polish Remover (the Acetone type) around. Glue your broken items, and if you get glue on your fingers use that nail polish remover to un-stick yourself! Just be careful and you wont end up a mess! ... See MoreSee Less
