The restoration process was extensive for this multi-unit city building built-in 1900. The fire started on the second floor, 50% of the roof had to be torn off and rebuilt. The second-floor joists and subfloor also had to be replaced. We replaced the first-floor kitchen and bathroom making considerable improvements to both.
We also replaced the second-floor kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom making improvements and bringing everything up to the current building code.
